SMA - Stock Monitoring Agreement, is a contract under which Collateral Management Service (CMS), an affiliate of the Petro-Marine Consult Limited is permitted to verifying the inventory level at the terminal within an agreed time-frame in addition to other inspection services as requested by the client.
